Where else but the spiritual home of Bruce Springsteen, to drop a live set, on the very day we launch my new album, a collection of toe tappers entitled: ‘For Everything Under The Sun’.
So: I’ll be setting up at Cheltenham’s iconic indie record store, Badlands Records, this Friday at 3pm, to deliver a raw, stripped-back, 45 minutes performance. And I sincerely hope that, school day, or not, you will come along and join me.
Starting to get busy, now:
Today we’re releasing the third single ‘Coyote’ into the wild; a song I wrote in the blurred and bloodied aftermath of a night in LA with Oasis legend, Bonehead (get well soon, my friend).
Badlands, as previously mentioned, Friday: then a free homecoming gig at Weston Super Mare’s Loves on May 12th (because ‘we dance with them that brung us’) before I head across to Berlin and take the stage at Passionskirche, in support of Marc Almond.
Got live, if you want it…
Coyote is out now on all major digital platforms.
